AgriScape Innovation Company Limited (ASI Co. Ltd) is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Agronomist. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about agriculture, field extension services, and agribusiness development, and who are eager to contribute to the transformation of modern farming systems.

This role offers a platform to work closely with farmers and agricultural stakeholders while promoting innovative solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, and market access. The successful candidate will play a key role in linking technical agronomic knowledge with practical field-based commercial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s agricultural products and services to farmers, distributors, and partners

• Provide technical agronomic advice and on-field support to clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion

• Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and farmer training sessions

• Monitor crop performance and provide recommendations to optimize yields

• Prepare sales reports and meet assigned targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of crop production and modern farming practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills

• Ability to work independently and in field environments

• Prior experience in agricultural sales is an added advantage

• Driving experience is an added advantage

Terms:

• Salary: To be discussed during the interview process

• A three-month probation period will be conducted to assess performance before contract confirmation

• Transport: Motorcycle will be provided upon successful completion of the probation period
